Several times a year, I offer a Saturday or Sunday morning workshop (Mountain Time) that I recently renamed "Self Can't Get Adopted: An IFS Workshop for Adoptees.”

 

This is an opportunity to connect with Self, which was not damaged by the traumas of relinquishment and adoption, and can help parts heal from those events.

 

This workshop is a starting point for my retreats and groups, which provide opportunities to delve deeper into different parts of your system and connect more with Self. 

 

I limit the number of participants to about 16 in order to promote sharing in a smaller group environment. In order to protect the privacy of the individuals who attend, these workshops are not recorded, and they are for adoptees only.
